Welcome to Art Edifice. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and services. By accessing our site or booking our services, you agree to the following terms.

1. Services Provided

Art Edifice offers professional painting and surface renovation services, including interior/exterior painting, surface prep, and related decorative or maintenance services. All services are subject to a written estimate and mutual agreement.

2. Estimates & Pricing

All quotes are based on the information provided by the client. Final pricing may change based on:

• Surface conditions

• Changes to the job scope

• Additional prep or repairs needed

Clients will be notified of any necessary changes before work continues.

3. Payment Terms

• A deposit (usually 30–50%) is required to schedule work.

• Full payment is due upon job completion, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Accepted payment methods: [Zelle, bank transfer, credit card, etc.]

Failure to pay on time may result in late fees or legal collection procedures.

4. Client Responsibilities

The client is responsible for:

• Providing clear access to the job site

• Removing valuable or fragile items before work begins

• Informing us of any known surface issues, mold, water damage, or hazards

We are not liable for damage to unremoved items or unreported issues.

5. Scheduling & Delays

We do our best to stay on schedule, but weather, availability, and other factors may affect timing. In case of delays:

• We’ll notify you promptly

• We’ll reschedule as soon as possible

6. Cancellations & Refunds

• Deposits are non-refundable unless cancellation is made at least 5 days before the scheduled start date.

• If we cancel for any reason, a full refund of any deposit will be issued.

7. Workmanship Warranty

Art Edifice guarantees its workmanship for a period of [6–12 months] after job completion. This covers peeling, flaking, or failure due to improper application.

Warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear

• Water damage, mold, or structural issues

• Work on surfaces not properly maintained or exposed to extreme conditions

8. Limitations of Liability

While we take every precaution to protect your property, Art Edifice is not liable for:

• Pre-existing damage

• Damage to unprotected valuables, landscaping, or furniture

• Delays caused by third parties, weather, or client-side issues

9. Use of Website

The content on this website (images, text, logos, etc.) is the property of Art Edifice. You may not reuse, copy, or distribute it without permission.
